Return Policy

We hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund. We are only able to accept returns on unopened packages. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date purchased. For orders that were shipped, the 7 days begin upon delivery of your package to the shipping address you submitted, as per your tracking number. Your order needs to arrive back in our store within the 7 days. Refunds will be in the same method of payment. No returns on snoods and hair accessories. Sale items are final sale. If the order received free shipping and less than $45 of merchandise is kept, refund will be the amount minus the shipping cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a method of shipping that can be tracked, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. For in store purchases, exchanges can be made within 30 days. We do not ship out exchanges. You can return your original order (within 7 days) and then place a new order.
